Heat Sheets
At each meet, there are 86 events most with multiple heats. Each swimmer is allowed to swim in up to five events. The events and number of events your child swims will be left up to the coaches.
Heat sheets will be emailed prior to the meet and are also available on the SwimTopia app. All swimmers should have their event, heat, and lane written on their arm in sharpie before arriving at the meet. PLEASE NOTE that sun screen applied before or after will smudge or erase the writing!
Bullpen parents will be available during the meet to aid in making sure all swimmers are lined up in time, but we ask that parents make sure their child is in the bullpen at least 7 events before they swim to make it easier for our volunteers.
What to Bring to a Meet
Please wear your team swim suit and t-shirt to the meets. Putting your swimmer's name on everything is highly recommended.
- Swim Cap
- Goggles
- Towel
- Hampton Farms Team T-shirt
- Cash or Venmo for Concessions
- Sunscreen
Meet Conflicts & RSVPs
All swimmers must RSVP for each swim meet. Letting us know well in advance of a meet helps the coaches put together their heat sheets in advance and get them out to the parents before the meet. Please make sure that you have put in your RSVP at least FOUR DAYS before each meet. If your swimmer has not let us know their intentions by then, we will assume they are not swimming and will not place them in any events. Please follow the below instructions to RSVP for the meets.
- Go to hamptonfarms.swimtopia.com, log in, and click "Event Schedule" on the top navigation bar.
- Find the upcoming event and click the RSVP button to the right of the meet name.
Ribbons
We love to award our swimmers for all their hard work! Ribbons will be placed in the team ribbon file container under each swimmer's name. Swimmers are welcome to pick their ribbons up out of the box at Donut Day or after.
