Practices will be Monday - Friday, Rain or Shine. If we must cancel practice due to thunder, we will use the REMIND app to notify parents and swimmers of last minute cancellations. To be added to the list, send a text to 81010 with the following message: @hfhswim. If you don't see an announcement - assume that practice is ON.

After School Practices M-F: Monday, May 4th - Tuesday, May 19th
Practice times may change slightly before the season starts to accommodate shifts in numbers. There are no after school practices for Rookies.

6 and Under: 5:00-5:30

7-8 year olds: 5:30-6:15

9 -10 year olds: 6:15-7:00

11 and Up: 7:00-7:30

Morning Practices M-F: Thursday, May 21 - Monday, June 22

There is NO PRACTICE on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th

Fun Swim & Donut Day 9:00 - 10:30
At the morning practice following a meet, we will celebrate the team with a morning of fun swim, games, and donuts! This is a great time for swimmers to come together as a team.

Team Picture Day: TBA, followed by Donut Day

End of Season Party
At the end of the season, we hope to celebrate our swimmers and coaches and the amazing effort they put forth all season at an End-of-Season Party. Details forthcoming.
