Reminders below:

• RSVP for the meet next week by TODAY at 6:00pm.
• Tie Dye Care instructions:
  • Allow dye to set in plastic bag for 8 hours, preferably 24-36 hours. 
  • Remove shirt from plastic bag and carefully remove rubber bands
  • Rinse t-shirt thoroughly under cool water.
  • Machine wash tie-dye shirt separately or with similar colors on a regular cycle with detergent 
• NO PRACTICE Memorial Day Monday!
• GOLD CLINIC Tuesday 9:45-10:45 for 7/8U and 9/10U age groups
• MEET WEDNESDAY NIGHT Hampton Farms Pool, warm-ups 5:00pm- TIE DYE 
• REMIND APP CODE: @HFH2026 (download the app and enter the code to join for updates the day of the meet)
• Liability Waivers MUST be turned in by END OF MONDAY to continue to swim!
